Mr. İnce is a graduate of Bodrum Zeyyat Mandalinci Elementary School and Izmir Ataturk High School. He was ranked 121st at the National University Entrance Exam. Mr. İnce graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law as a major and Sociology Department as a double major with the distinction of high honour student. As a participant of exchange programs in the U.S. (Washington D.C. and California) for 1.5 years and in Germany (Munich) for 1 year, Mr. İnce completed the required programs with success.

Mr. İnce obtained his attorney’s license from the Istanbul Bar. He has completed master’s degree in private law at Galatasaray University. His master's degree thesis has been published as a book titled "Venture Capital Investment Trusts and Shareholders Agreement."  İnce continues his Ph.D. research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Florian Möslein at Marburg Philipps University.

Some of his works are published in various journals and dailies, such as Annales de la Faculté de Droit d’Istanbul.  In August 2017, his paper was rewarded the Best Paper Award at the Law and Political Science Conference in Vienna. İnce recently participated as an invited speaker at The Geneva Digital Law Research Colloquium in Geneva and presented his doctoral thesis topic.

Mr. İnce’s areas of interest are, among others, corporate, trademark, competition and capital markets law. His recent research efforts focus on company law and digitalization.
